TRANSITUM
A photographic concept about passing, staying and the in-between.
The series explores fleeting states in which light, time and nature are not clearly defined but become an inner image – between duration and change, between perception and dissolution.
Each image shows not only a place, but a transitional state.
The photographs are taken in large analogue format – with an open eye and a keen sense for what moves as it passes away.
Transitum is an ongoing project – an exploration that continues, in the rhythm of light, time and sight.

EVANIDIA
The trees pass by - as if they were part of a memory.
The view glides through, the light loses its shape, time its beat.
Everything is rooted - and yet changing.
The season changes quietly, like a thought that dissolves.
Everything seems to be caught between permanence and change -
between that which remains and that which fades.

VIRIDIA
A spring forest in fresh green, shot through with light, almost floating.
It is a green that does not grow, but breathes freshness.
Viridia represents the vibrant blossoming that is nevertheless transient.
The movement is like the breath of a thought, the image open – and yet it remains suspended.
It shows the lightness of change, the breathing of the forest in a fleeting moment.

AVELIS
A jetty leads out into a wide expanse of water that almost dissolves.
The horizon blurs, the image becomes a memory of a state.
Movement and stillness merge. The water flows gently,
while the horizon slowly fades into the grey-white haze.
Avelis is the retreat into the open – a meditative reduction to light, line and water.
It embodies the transition into the indefinite, as if the visible were becoming silence.
A place between here and there, between seeing and feeling.
