Alba conveys the special atmosphere of the forest into a poetic visual language. The beech trees, with their light trunks covered in lichen, set subtle accents in the deep green and lend the image a sense of lightness.

The painting thrives on the tension between stillness and movement. The bright structures appear like dancing traces in the greenery. Thus, an image unfolds that depicts the forest in an almost impressionistic manner.

Alba – Photograph by Oliver Wehrli: Forest scene with green beech trees, whose light trunks are covered with lichen and act as bright accents in the image.

A quiet moment sustained by both lightness and depth.

Sincerely, Oliver
