Tree bridges are not created through planning, but through time. They are not structures, but signs of change, of natural forces, of letting go. A fallen tree crossing a stream is not just a piece of wood. It is a transition. A symbol of what nature quietly creates: connections, without intention. Paths, without a destination.

Tree trunk over stream in a quiet forest – natural tree bridge in the green forest

This image – shot in analog panoramic format on slide film – shows silent tree bridges along the enchanted stream and amidst the greenery. Perhaps it was once a storm that caused the trunk to fall. Perhaps it was time. But now they lie there: a passage over the water, an invitation to pause, a reminder that even the transient can be sustaining.

Tree bridges represent many things—balance, change, the quiet power of nature. And sometimes, even ourselves.

Sometimes the transition lies in silence.

Best regards,
